Jowar Massala Roti

Add onion, tomato, coriander, jowar flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida,oil and salt. Mix everything well.

Add water little by little and mix it nicely to form a dough. (The dough should be such that its easy to spread with hands)

Grease the rolling board with oil. Take an orange sized dough and pat it evenly with your hands in between with water to ease the patting.

Heat the griddle. When its hot put the roti carefully on it.

Place each roti and cook, turning sides and basting with ghee, on medium heat until the roti are slightly crisp and browned.

Massala jowar roti is ready to be served. Serve it with curd or chutney.
