Lilva na paratha

Winter season brings the herbs and fresh vegetables.
Green vegetables are everywhere in winter season.
Generally in gujarat we are making lilva ni kachori.
But today I made a something very special , healthy and diet conscious lilva na paratha.
Which is made it with pigeon peas (tuvar )and crushed potatoes.

Which is made it with pigeon peas (tuvar )and crushed potatoes.

For prepare a dough : take a bowl add wheatflour, salt, oil and with using water knead semi soft dough.

Next, crush the pigeon peas in crusher. And boil the potato and mash it with masher.

Now, for preparing paratha stuffing : Take a pan once heat the oil add cumin seeds, mustard seed, asafoetida, sesame seeds, ginger garlic and green chilli paste and combine well till its raw smell gone.

Later add crushed pigeon peas and stir well for 10 minutes so it's completely cooked.

After that add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, aamchur powder and mix it well.

Next add mashed boiled potato and chopped coriander and combine well. After that add lemon juice and sugar and mix well. Now stuffing is ready.

Wait till stuffing of paratha comes into room temperature. After that make a ball from the daough. Roll it in circular motion and put the paratha stuffing in the middle, and pack it from all the sides.

Now roll the paratha in circular shape. And heat the tawa and put the paratha in it and fry it from both the side with apply oil.

Now out aur paratha is ready. Serve it with curd, tomato ketchup or green chutneys. Enjoy.
