Then add milk little by little and stir constantly while cooking so that no lumps are formed

Cook till it becomes little thick, now add oregano, chilli flakes, salt and cheese (Add very little salt as cheese contains salt)

Mix it well. Your cheese dip is ready to enjoy with various stuffs. You can even store this in fridge.
