Ingredients

  • 2Eggs
  • Cinnamon
  • Laung
  • Elaichi
  • Jeera
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Haldi Powder
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2Green Chillies
  • Dhaniya Powder
  • Jeera Powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Tomatoes
  • Cashew Powder (10 cashews)

Steps

    EGGS PREP:

    Boil eggs, take of the shell, and pierce them with a fork at various places for the masala to soak in

  3. 3

    Take a pan, heat oil

  4. 4

    Add haldi Powder, red chilli powder, jeera, and dhaniya powder

  5. 5

    Mix the masalas well

  6. 6

    Add the eggs and fry them

  7. 7

    GRAVY PREP:

    Take oil in a pan and heat it

  9. 9

    Add laung, cinnamon, and elaichi

  10. 10

    Add onions and let it fry

  11. 11

    Add chillies

  12. 12

    Add ginger garlic paste

  13. 13

    Add Garam masala, dhaniya powder, jeera Powder, red Chilli powder, black pepper powder, haldi Powder, and mix well

  14. 14

    Add tomatoes and mix well till tomatoes are smooth

  15. 15

    Add salt as needed

  16. 16

    Add a little cashew powder to bind the masalas to the gravy

  17. 17

    Mix well and let it cook

  18. 18

    Add half a cup of water to make the gravy

  19. 19

    Add the eggs and let it cook on low flame
