Shahi paneer,made with homemade fresh paneer and some healthy twists.
Steps

Wash and roughly chop tomato,onion. In a pan add tomatoes,onion red chilli,cashews,add little water and cover cook till done. Then grind it to smooth paste.

Heat pan add ghee add bay leaf, cinnamon,cloves then add ginger,garlic, chilli paste and saute for a while then add fresh tomato puree and cook for a while.

Blend curd in mixer jar. Add tomato onion paste, curd and mix well.

Add salt,honey mix it well add paneer pieces give it a mix.

Finally sprinkle some garam masala and it's ready to serve.
