First, take brinjal coat oil on them and roast it.

Then peel its cover and take inner pard aside then mesh and make a smooth paste.

Then take 1 pan and pour oil then add onion and green garlic after 2 mins add ginger garlic tomato and onion paste.

Then add brinjal paste and then add spices and mix it well add some water and put it on low flame for 7-8 mins.

Then serve Bharatha with Dahi tikhari, rotla, and khichadi with tomato and pickle, white butter, and gum.
