Chop tomatoes and onions. Put in Deep pan add 1tspoon butter,add big cardamom, green cardamom,garlic,ginger,bay leaves, cashews,one green chilly.add water and cook mixture for 20 minutes.

After cooling blend it mixer. Add red chilly powder and salt again blend once. Now in pan add 1 tspoon butter put green chilly add chopped paneer and saute. Sieve tomato mixture to get fine paste.

Add this fine paste to sauted paneer. add little water to adjust consistency.add salt and fresh cream.cook for five minutes.serve with tandoori roti or butter naan.i have added mint powder to give nice twist and came out yum.
