2 bunchesbaby palak
1onion
2red whole chilli
1 tspgrated coconut
as per tasteSalt
1 tspcumin seeds
1/2 tspoil

Chop the onion and baby palak finely

In a pan pour oil put cumin seeds and red chilli
3

Then add onion and fry for a minute. Put baby palak and salt. cover it and cook for a minute

Remove the lid. Now add coconut and stir well. Turn off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.

Baby palak poriyal is ready to serve
