Was the sabudana in running water in a channi.

Soak in 1 cup water for 5-6 hours.

Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and green chilli.

Add the potato pieces and cook for 4-5 minutes on slow heat.

Add sadudana mixed with peanut powder, salt and sugar.

Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add lemon juice.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
