Take a cake tin and grease it with oil or butter and using butter paper in it.

Now take a pan add butter and brown sugar and cook it till it melts and get a beautiful golden colour.

Now arrange the pineapple slices and some tutti frutti in the cake and pour the melted brown sugar on the slices.

Now take a bowl add milkmaid,add oil and mix it well.Add pineapple essence and mix again.

Now sieve flour,baking powder and baking soda.And mix in batches in a wet ingredients and slowly cut and fold.Now add lemon juice in a water and mix in a flour to make a batter.

Now pour this batter on a arranged slices and tap it many times.

Now bake the cake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes at 180 degree celsius.

After baking just cool down for 5 minutes and demould the cake in a tray and our yummilicious pineapple upside down cake is ready to serve.Enjoy👍😊
