Clean the urad dal and rajma 3-4 times.

Put it in a pressure cooker and boil it. Wait for 3 whistles.

Chop the galic cloves,green chilli. Slice the onions finely.

When it is 75% boiled add chopped garlic and green chilli, fresh creame 1tsp,salt,kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, 1cup water. Make 1 whistle.

Take ghee and white oil in a kadai and heat it.

Add the onion slices and fry it till the golden brown colour appears.

Add chopped green chilli, garlic,ginger to it and fry it.

Add kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and mix it well.

Add the boiled dal to it. Add some water to it and mix them well.

When it becomes thicker add fresh creame, butter, coriander leaves.

Now it is ready to serve with ruti/paratha.
