Firstly we will dry roast the peanuts & just remove its cover to avoid mess we will use a netted frying spoon it helps in separating the cover & we have the clean peanuts further we will chop the required amount of jaggery from the big piece.

Take a pan add tablespoon of ghee then add the chopped jaggery now let it melt completely keep stirring while it’s kind of liquid take a cup of water in that drop a strand of jaggery check it if it’s rubbery kind stretching it’s not yet cook cook for one more minute again drop it and check it must be crispy & crunchy if you break a small piece it’s ready immediately off the flame add the roasted peanuts & coat in jaggery nicely

Then spread it on a greased plate press it to spread it equally after 3-4 minutes mark desired shapes on it and we get the pieces ready to munch

Tip of the day:- make sure to follow the tips & be very quick while preparing this recipe grease the plate before hand set aside & keep peanuts ready cook on low flame to avoid burning it..!
