2 cupMaize flour
1 cupwhole wheat flour
to tasteSalt
1 cupchopped spring onions
1 tsp crushed garlic
as neededWater
as neededOil to fry

Collect all ingredients together. Bind it with water. Do not bind too soft. Give rest for 30 minutes. Divide into equal portions.

Roll it medium thick. Roast it with some oil on both sides. Serve hot with pickle.
