Almond chikki

Grease a baking peper with oil and keep aside.

Take 1/2 cup almonds and dry roast the almonds over medium flame for 2 minutes or till fragrant.Remove into a plate.

Pour 1/2 cup sugar into the pan and melt over the medium flame while stirring constantly.add 1/2 tsp ghee and mix well.

Now switch off the flame and add a pinch of baking soda and mix well.

Add roasted almonds and mix properly.

Transfer the mixture to the greased baking peper and spread it evenly before it turns hard.

Cut it into square pieces using a sharp knife, while it is warm. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, chikki is all set and ready. Separate and transfer the chikki to the serving plate. chikki is ready to be served. Enjoy crunchy and delicious almond chikkis.
