Peanut Chocolate Chikki

First dry roast the peanuts into a pan on low flame for few minutes. Keep them out in a plate to cool and remove their skin.

Chop milk chocolate into small pieces and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until melts with the regular intervals of 30 seconds. (You can also melt the chocolate with double boiler).

Now add peanuts and pinch of salt to the chocolate bowl and mix nicely. Spread the mixture into greased lined tray, tap nicely and sprinkle some golden balls. Keep the tray in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to set.

Kids favorite peanut Chocolate Chikki is ready. Cut it into desire pieces and enjoy.
