Ingredients

  • 2 cupsWheat flour
  • Water
  • 1grated carrot
  • 1grated onion
  • 1grated garlic clove
  • 1/4 teaspoongrated ginger
  • salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients well.

  2. 2

    Add in water and make a paste.Make sure it's not too runny and not too thick.

  3. 3

    Heat your pan and pour a little of your paste as you flatten to make your desired shape.

  4. 4

    Fry until golden brown on both sides.

  5. 5

    Enjoy with some hot tea during this cold season!!!
