Parboil your spaghetti, drain and set aside. Pour oil in a pot. Add sliced onions, fry until golden brown. Add your pepper mix (blended tomato, red bell pepper and scotch bonnets)and continue frying. Then add your peas.

Add the dice carrots and green beans and mix them well. Add curry masala, spices and seasoning, ginger powder, fry for 3mins. Combine thoroughly.

Add lightly cook spaghetti. Fry for 5mins. Add little salt to adjust the taste. Serve hot.
