Peel and mash the banana.

Put the pancake mix, egg and sugar in a bowl and mix well with a spoon.

Mix in the melted butter.

Break up the chocolate bar, add it along with the banana to the bowl, and mix.

Spoon the mixture into muffin moulds, and bake at 180°C for 18-20 minutes to finish.
