Steps

Take bowl add flour, ajwain,,salt and mix well

Now add ghee and mix until crumbled add water(as required) and Knead until hard dough is formed now cover it and let it rest for 10 mins

Take a dough make a ball and flatten the dough.sprinkle flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.

Cut the dough in rectangular shape with help of knife now add filling on the top and roll it

Heat cooking oil and fry on very low flame until golden brown. Serve and enjoy
