
Pasta, Chicken and cream of mushroom soup

Stir together flour, gravy mix, garlic powder and pepper

Put pasta on to cook. Cook to al dente only

Butterfly chicken or slice into 3 layers

Dredge chicken well in flour mix

Heat oil over med heat with garlic slices for about 90 seconds - until garlic is brown. Remove garlic slices and brown chicken on both sides.

Add butter to pan when chicken is almost done on second side.

Drain pasta and add pasta to chicken.

Cover pasta with cream of mushroom soup and small can of mushrooms. Add 1/2 can water. Then cover pan and simmer for 20 min.

Serve with side of broccoli!
