Gogo’s Cabbage

Khets
Khets @Khets

I’m from a huge family, I have about 33 cousins and we would all visit our grandparents during school holidays. You can imagine the amount of food luckily I come from a family of farmers.

Gogo would make this meal by simply hacking the cabbages into quarters and cuttting the pork to bite size, throw it all in the pot and that’s it. I tweaked her recipe to follow southern style cuisine. I also added smoked paprika for that nice smoky flavour.

I was her favourite, my cousins can fight me over these facts , I love her 😍😍

I believe in quick, full of fibre meals. I love vegetables. I cannot cook for one. Rocket is my favourite herb. Beef is the winner but I’ve drastically cut down.Health is wealth (I try)Again, I believe in quick meals.
