Steps
- 1
Mash mawa with your palm on any platform to make it soft. Add crumbled paneer and knead well.
- 2
Add all-purpose flour and knead well. Add baking powder and mix. This entire process of kneading will take about 10 minutes. After this the dough will be so soft. Cover and Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
- 3
After 10 mimutes, make small ball from the dough and stuff with some dryfruits. Prepare all the gulabjamun like this.
- 4
For sugar syrub, in a wok add sugar and water and let the sugar dissolve in water. Add cardamom powder. Add 1 tbsp milk. We are adding milk here if your sugar has any dirt particles, it will help to remove dirt from sugar bcz milk will torn and the dirt will come on surface so that you can easily remove that.
- 5
Sugar syrup consistency must be not so thick, it is ok if it has oily texture.
- 6
Heat oil in a wok, add all gulabjamun, fry till 15 minutes or it becomes golden brown on low to medium flame. Try to avoid cracks. Dont touch with ladle.
