1/2 tsphaldi powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/4 tspkhatai powder

Heat a pan add onion slices cook till light golden

Add all above ingredients cook for 2 minutes

Now add (pehly say bheegay cholay pani say nikal lain) 1-2 cup pani dalye.ab Josh ay to dhak kar pakain 2 hours ya galny tak
