Divide the flour into two portion and add ghee mix well,then add water and form a soft dough

Add ghee mix well then add beetroot juice and make a soft dough

Add water sugar cardamom powder,let it boil for 10 minutes and keep sugar syrup ready

Make small ball to your liking

Once the oil is hot add the jamun and bring to medium flame and turn around once it turn to golden brown remove and drop into sugar syrup and leave it for 1 to 2 hours.
