Steps

After it boils cut in small pieces and remove there seeds. And add sugar and cut gooseberry in a jar and place under sunlight for 1 day and dein spread on a sheet and keep drying them.

After 2-3 days it becomes dry, spread some Powder sugar and put in a air tight jar.
