Khada pav bhaji has cooked and chopped intact and chunky Vegetables instead of smashed Vegetables. The methods n ingredients of both the Bhaji are the same.Its winter and my family loves to enjoy hot sizzling sizzlers of different variations in this chilled weather. This time I have tried making khada pav bhaji sizzler.

Khada pav bhaji has cooked and chopped intact and chunky Vegetables instead of smashed Vegetables. The methods n ingredients of both the Bhaji are the same.Its winter and my family loves to enjoy hot sizzling sizzlers of different variations in this chilled weather. This time I have tried making khada pav bhaji sizzler.
Steps

Chopped french beans,carrots,cabbage,potatoes in big chunks,par boil cauliflower. Boil or cook Vegetables to remain intact and not marshy.

Heat oil,saute onion,garlic,capsicum. Then add tomato puree,red chilli, pavbhaji masala,salt n mix well.Then add cooked Vegetables n mix well.Let it cook for 5 minutes. Khada bhaji is ready.

For pulav,heat oil in a pan,saute jeera, onion,garlic then add other Vegetables and saute it,then Vegetables pav bhaji masala,chopped coriander,turmeric n mix well.

Mix all the Vegetables of salad and add lemon-juice, salt and,chilli powder.Mix well.

Heat sizzler plate,put cabbage leaves on it,Arrange bhaji,pulav, salad and breads one by one.Sizzle it with butter and oil.Serve hot.
