2 servings

2bananas
juice of 1 lemon
1-2 TBSPFlax oil
1 cupblueberries
2-3 TBSPalmonds ground
1 TBSPhemp seeds - hulled
1 cupquark cheese

Steps

Mix lemon juice & flax oil
2

Add bananas and mash
3

Add blueberries and squish
4

Add almonds & hemp seeds, fold in
5

Add quark.
6

I add granola to mine, Sweetie-Pie doesn't - to taste

Interesting! I wonder what about the quark is cancer-preventative. Will have to research that. Thanks for sharing your recipe, Randy. :)
