Dry Roast seasame seeds for 2, 3 minutes. Do not over roast as they will taste bitter.
Let them cool and then grind into coarse powder after keeping aside 3 tablespoons seeds.
In a pan, cook mawa on lowest flame just to het rid of its raw taste.
Switch off the flame. Let it cool for a minute, then add powdered sugar and powdered seeds and whole ones which we kept aside. - 2
Roll the dough in logs, refrigerate, garnish with more sesame seeds and pistachios and then cut into rolls.

If unable to roll, just add little desiccated coconut to firm up the dough.
