Note: milk and sugar on heat result to condensed milk (i.e when the sugar caramelize it makes the milk turn sticky). On moderate heat add all the ingredients and allow to start boiling.

Then continue to mix with a spatula to avoid burning tiil all the water is drained but should be moist, so as not to be too harden when cool.

When all water drain, spread and allow to get warm

Then mold with hand into balls and let them roll in the dessicated coconut, then refrigerate for 2 or more hours and serve.
