Cream of mushroom soup
Steps

Add oil to pan. Add butter. Add onion. Saute for 2 minutes. Add garlic paste. Saute for 20 seconds. Add mushroom. Add salt. Cook for 1 minute.

Add 1 cup of water. Cook for 3 minutes.Let it cool and blend adding 1/2 cup of water strainto get smooth paste. Add milk to it. Heat pan. Add this mixture. Boil for 2 minutes. Add cream. Mix well. Mix cornflour with 1 tbsp water and add to the pan. Boil for 2 minutes. Add black pepper powder. Mix. Garnish with fresh cream. Serve hot.
