Meatball Stew

Sunday is my day to try new recipes so we tried this today. -in progress will update-
This came out so tasty perfect for eating as a stew. We decide to make meatball subs so added a few spoonfuls of sauce and mixed that into what I was putting on the roll to make slightly thicker.
Okay so for lunch I ate this as the actual stew it was so tasty and then to finish off I cooked up some pasta and had the stew over pasta.
