  • 220 gflour
  • 100 gcaster sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonground cinamon
  • 1/4 teaspoonground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  • 80 mlvegetable oil
  • 1large egg
  • 80-120 mloat milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
  • 170 gchopped strawberries

    Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl

    Mix the wet ingredients and add to the bowl

    Add strawberries

    Cook at 200°C for 15-20 minutes
