Ingredients

3 servings

2bunches Spinach
3 tbspCorn kernels (frozen or canned)
1 tbspButter
1 tspplus Usukuchi soy sauce
1Salt and pepper

Steps

Blanch the spinach, cut into about 5 cm pieces, and wring out tightly.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and lightly stir fry the spinach.

Add the corn and continue stir frying. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle in the soy sauce, mix lightly and it's done.
