  • For the Sponge Cake
  • 50 gramsSoy flour
  • 15 gramsArtificial sweetener (3 times the sweetness of sugar)
  • 5 gramsBaking powder
  • 1Matcha
  • 1Egg
  • 50 mlWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients together.

  2. 2

    Mix in the beaten egg and water.

  3. 3

    Line a heatproof dish in plastic wrap, and microwave the cake at 500 W for 3 minutes.

    Decorate it when cooled to finish.
