  1. 1 packagesmushroom
  2. 1 packagestofu
  3. 2 cupkale
  4. 2 tbspolive oil
  5. 2diced tomatoes
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. 1 dashcayenne pepper
  8. 1 tspsugar
  9. 2 cloveminced garlic
  10. 1 dashgarlic salt
  11. 3 tspItalian seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the olive oil in a frying pan at medium heat, after equally distributed on the pan add garlic to brown

  2. 2

    Sautee sliced mushrooms in pan

  3. 3

    Cube firm tofu and add to pan

  4. 4

    Take diced tomatoes and chopped kale to pan

  5. 5

    Add herbs and spices and continue for a few more minutes

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy
