For the Sponge Cake
50 gramsSoy flour
15 gramsArtificial sweetener (3 times the sweetness of sugar)
5 gramsBaking powder
1Matcha
1Egg
50 mlWater

Mix all the dry ingredients together.

Mix in the beaten egg and water.

Line a heatproof dish in plastic wrap, and microwave the cake at 500 W for 3 minutes.

Decorate it when cooled to finish.
