Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupBason
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoonBlack Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli crushed
  • 1Green Chillies chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoonZeera crushed
  • 1 teaspoonCoriander crushed
  • 2 TablespoonsCilantro chopped
  • 1medium Onion sliced
  • 1/2 cupcabbage sliced
  • 1spring onion chopped
  • 1big pinch Ajwain

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Chopped and sliced all vegetables which you like to add in pakora

    Sift the gram flour and mix with all ingredients, add water to make dough

    Heat oil in karai,when it is hit enough, adjust the flame to medium

    Take small portions of dough, drop in hot oil, fry it.

    Fry until light gold, Transfer to a kichen tissue and serve with chutney
