  1. To Mix
  2. 4 cuppuffed rice
  3. 1/2 cupgrated beetroot
  4. 1/2onion finely chopped
  5. 2 tbsproasted peanuts
  6. 5-6thattuvadai broken into pieces (optional)
  7. 4boiled egg cut into small pieces
  8. 4 tbspcoconut chutney (recipe below)
  9. Coconut chutney
  10. 1/2 cupcoconut
  11. 1 tbsproasted gram
  12. 2green chilly
  13. 1garlic
  14. 1/4 inchginger piece
  15. 1/4 tspfennel seeds
  16. 2stem coriander leaves
  17. 4-5curry leaves
  18. Salt

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix finely chopped onion and grated beetroot together and keep it aside.

  2. 2

    To make coconut chutney grind all the ingredients into smooth paste.

    Now mix all the ingredients under “To Mix” section.
