Methi parantha

Firstly chop methi leaves and rinse it in fresh water for 2 to 3 times.

Then take a bowl add wheat flour, salt and these finely chopped leaves knead the dough with just enough water. Add little oil. Set aside the dough for half n hr and keep it covered.(you can also add some chopped green chilli in it)

Then make small balls out of flour the rolling area and sprinkle some flour over the balls. Add desi ghee to it. And roll it into an even sized parantha.

Now put some ghee into a hot pan and place the parantha on it.allow it to cook. Now flip it and add ghee again get it cook. When parantha is ready out some melted ghee on top serve it with curd.
