In a mixer jar add coriander leaves, onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and green cardamom make a fine paste.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker add jeera, big cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon stick saute well, now add the fine paste saute well cover and cooked well on medium to low heat.

Check the masala if raw smells gone then add coriander powder, red chilli powder and garam masala, mix it well add soaked rice and green peas mix well.

Now add water and paneer cubes close the lid cooked in a proper way..

After cool down the pressure serve hot with salad, and Raita. Traditionally we serve with sliced radish, raita, and any pickle. Taste is yummy 😋

Note: 1) you can use any veggies (potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, beans any) along with coriander leaves..but fresh peas is must. 2) I didn't hv peas so I used paneer instead of peas. 3) you can also add lil amount of fresh mint it helps for flavor inhencer more minty.😁
