Steps

Clean, chop and wash the Methi leaves.

In a kadhai add oil. When it's hot add hing powder, mustard seeds, Jeera and sesame seeds And curry leaves

Add chopped onion. Saute for few seconds.

Now add Methi leaves and saute for few more minutes.

Then add garlic paste and mix well.

Now add all the spices: turmeric powder,Jeera powder, sugar,salt and chilli powder and mix well.

Now add water and mix well.

When water starts boiling add besan little by littile and mix well

Cook for few mins. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
