Paneer butter masala

To a kadai, add oil & fry the paneer as golden brown. Remove the paneer.

Heat kadai. Add oil, cumin, sliced onion, chopped tomatoes and green chilli. Saute it.

Cook this till tomatoes become mushy. Add cashews and Grind it to a paste.

Heat kadai. Add 2 tbsp of butter.

Add ground paste. Add chili powder. Mix it well.

Add fried paneer. Leave it to boil. Atlast, add remaining butter.

Add chopped coriander leaves or crushed kasurimethi.
