Steps

For Chena - in a wok boil milk and add vinegar. Milk will cuddle. Switch off the gas and strain the milk. Tie the Chena in a muslin cloth and keep it tied for 20 mins until all milk water is drained out

Chena in a solidified way. On the kitchen top knead the Chena until smooth

In a bowl add milk and ghee and bring it to heat. Stir. Add milk powder slowly with one hand and keep stirring with other so as to avoid the lumps. The Khoya will solidify after 10 mins. The Khoya is ready.

In a bowl add the Chena and the Khoya together and add the liquid gur or Nolen Gur.

Grease the Modak and take small portions of the Chana mix. Push inside the Modak. Add the Gur in a small quantity and close the mouth of the Modak. The Nolen Gur Modak is ready

Plate and enjoy a delicious winter dessert
