Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 100 gramschopped chicken (marinated with turmeric and salt)
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tbspchopped garlic
  • 1/8 Cupchopped mint leaves
  • 1/2 tbspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tbsprefined oil
  • 1mug water
  • As per taste Chopped Green Chilies

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker, then add chopped green chillies & chopped garlic. Saute it for 30 seconds in medium flame.

    After 30 seconds add chicken (marinated with turmeric and salt),green salt & black pepper powder. Cook it for 5 to 7 minutes in medium flame.

    After 5 to 7 minutes add lemon juice, mint leaves and water. Mix it well.

    Pressure cook the chicken for 2 whistles in medium flame. After that it's ready to serve.
