I have prepared puddings with variations many times but this is like crazy I have tried this with richness of walnuts first time I have innovated this recipe to go nuts with walnuts . It’s truly insane deliciously awesome in taste . Melts in mouth best enjoyed while it’s warm or cool as per once own choice. Thanks to master chef Neha for encouraging us to bring out the best from us .

Take a wok or the sliver Mould in which we will bake the pudding add sugar keep stirring until it caramelise to golden brown colour off the flame make sure not to burn it then set walnuts in caramel carefully with some space set aside to cool

Further take a blender jar add in milk, both essence,crack eggs,add cardamom powder

Lastly add custard powder cover the lid and pulse it in blender jar for 3-4 times it will be fully & blended well it’s ready to bake. Take a the mould in which we caramelised sugar & set walnuts pop all the batter

Once we add all the batter we will add more roughly chopped walnuts while it’s baked looks delicious with richness of walnuts. Now take a bigger wok add in a glass of water let it boil well then carefully drop the mould with batter make sure to cover it well so that the water doesn’t drop in it & water level must be only 1-1/2 inch level it boils perfectly to bake the pudding

Let it cook for 25-30 minutes keep checking in between the water outside the mould must not dry we can add more if it’s boiled & soaked but 1/2 a cup like so don’t add more water. Check pricking a knife if it comes out clean it’s perfectly done. Let it settle in it’s steam for more 20 minutes.

Now is the moment of truth slightly touch the sides with butter knife to remove it. Just take a plate flip it carefully upside down that looks insane with beautiful walnuts & caramel. Just remove a slice to serve its looks delicious while it’s warm in winters & cool in summers.
