Ingredients

  • 3,4large Onion
  • 1 Tablespoongarlic
  • 1 TablespoonGinger
  • 2 teaspoonred chilli
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2Tomatoes
  • 3 TablespoonsOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put sliced onions in pan and add oil,soute the onions

    Add spices cook more 3 or 4 minutes

    Add tomato,let simmer it,Cover with lid and cook on low flame.

    Cook until oil separated and masala is nicely browned. Put in fridge container, in fridge you can use 4 or 5 days and in freezer more then 2 months.
