Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour (1 cup = 237 ml)
  • 1/2 cupcoarse wheat flour (bhakhri atta)
  • 1 1/4 cup water (1 cup = 250 ml)
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcarom seeds (Ajwain)
  • as requiredOil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients well with flour

  2. 2

    Add little bit water at a time and keep kneading the soft dough

  3. 3

    Once the dough is ready, cover and let it rest for 15 mins

  4. 4

    Make small balls out of it and roll in to small disk

  5. 5

    Deep fry all of them

  6. 6

    Serve with your favourite Sabji
