Easy, Fuss Free Tart Pastry

cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I love tarts, but am always concerned about the high calories with all the butter.
Also, I wanted to come up with a tart pastry that can be made easily without any fuss!
After experimenting a bit, I came up with this recipe.

Be sure to beat the egg. I once made the mistake of mixing it in without beating it first. ;
The pastry is very soft after it comes out of the oven, so wait for it to cool before taking it out of the tart mold.

I use resealable plastic containers, but you can use a bowl or food processor.
Use the technique that works best for you. Recipe by marine
