Ingredients

  • 1 cupMasoor dal soaked for 6 hours
  • as neededOil to fry
  • 1 tspChaat masala
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    First air dry the soaked masoor dal for 2 hours max.

  2. 2

    Then in medium hot oil fry it till crispy. Then season with salt and Chaat masala and enjoy.
