Take shieved wheat flour in big bowl.

Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, ajwain little rub on palm, curd, oil and finally chopped methi leaves and mix all well.

When all ingredients mix well then add little little water and knead soft dough and keep rest for 10 minutes.

Now take small size ball and dust some wheat flour and roll and flatten in thin circle.

Now on a hot tawa place the rolled thepla and cook for a minute. When the base is partly cooked, flip the thepla and apply some ghee or oil on both the side.

Finally thepla is ready you can serve with curd and pickle.
